(the “Effective Date”), is between Valley National Bank (the “Bank” or “VNB”) and the Customer signing below as the customer (“Customer”, and in the case of multiple persons or legal entities, such persons or entities (including any person or legal entity that may be later added as a party to the Agreement as defined below by an amended Application) are collectively and jointly and severally referred to herein as the “Customer”).
