THIS IMAGE LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between Galls, LLC ("Licensee") and (the "Licensor") for Licensee's use of certain images owned by the Licensor, as specified in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Images"). By licensing, copying, or otherwise using the Images, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. The rights granted herein are non-transferable, and all rights not expressly granted to Licensee hereunder are reserved by the Licensor.
