This Interconnection Agreement under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 for Commercial Mobile Radio Services (the “Agreement”) is by and between the following: Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a SBC Illinois, (only to the extent that the agent for the ILEC executes this Agreement for such ILEC and only to the extent that such ILEC provides Telephone Exchange Services as an ILEC in the state(s) listed below) and United States Cellular Corporation’s subsidiaries or affiliates identified on Attachment 1 (which may be sometimes referred to herein as “U.S. Cellular” “WSP”, or “Carrier”), a Wireless Service Provider, shall apply to the state of Illinois.
