THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of December , 2004 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF CALABASAS, a (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and the LAS VIRGENES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a public body, corporate and politic (hereinafter referred to as “LVUSD”). The City and LVUSD are each referred to in this Agreement as a “party” and they are collectively referred to as “parties.”
