and entered into this 1st day of July 2014, by and between the County of Kern (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of California, which owns and operates Kern Medical Center (“KMC”), and John Doe, M.D. (“Resident”), and establishes the agreement of KMC to accept Resident into one of the KMC teaching programs, on the following terms and conditions.
