This Online Access Agreement ("Access Agreement") for accessing your Dawson Co-op Credit Union (DCCU) accounts through DCCU Online Banking explains the terms and conditions governing the Online banking services and bill pay offered through DCCU Online Banking. By using the DCCU Online Banking Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Access Agreement. This Online Access Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Federal law and regulation, and to the extent there is no applicable Federal law or regulation, by the laws of the State of Minnesota. The terms "we," "us," "our," "Dawson Co-op Credit Union," "DCCU," and "Credit Union" refer to Dawson Co-op Credit Union. "You" refers to each signer on an account. The term "business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Federal holidays.
