This Agreement is made by and between the City of Rapid City, a municipal corporation, of 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, SD 57701 (hereinafter the “City”) and Visit Rapid City, a domestic nonprofit corporation, of 512 Main Street, Suite 240, Rapid City, SD 57701 (hereinafter “VRC”).
