This Data Processing Addendum (the “Addendum”) forms part of the Terms of Service entered into by and between ProjectToolBelt, LLC. having its place of business at 412 N Main St Suite 100 (“Provider”) and PlanMyLeave_Customer (“Client”) dated 25 May, 2018 pursuant to which Provider provides services, including the use of the Provider’s PlanMyLeave Application and any other services purchased by Client from Provider (“Services”) to Client (the “Agreement”).
