This Standard Terms and Conditions is a part of and incorporated into the associated Workflow SolutionsTM //Insights Subscription Agreement and any documents referenced therein (collectively, the “Agreement”) between Bayer Healthcare LLC (“Bayer”), and Licensee, as defined in the applicable Agreement, (“Licensee”) and is effective as of August 2, 2021.
