This Agreement is entered into on the day of , 20 (“Effective Date”) by and between the municipalities of Acton, Alfred, Arundel, Berwick, Biddeford, Buxton, Cornish, Dayton, Eliot, Hollis, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Kittery, Lebanon, Limerick, Limington, Lyman, Newfield, North Berwick, Ogunquit, Old Orchard Beach, Parsonsfield, Saco, Sanford, Shapleigh, South Berwick, Waterboro, Wells, York, the participant municipalities hereinafter referred to, all being bodies politic and corporate located in the County of York and State of Maine and also including the York County Emergency Management Agency (YCEMA).
