PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (the “Agreement”) is effective as of November 18, 2008 (“Effective Date”) by and between SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY (“SCE”) and THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO (“County”). SCE and County may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
