This Residency Agreement (the "Agreement") is dated , 20 and is between Riverview Retirement Community of Spokane, a Washington non-profit corporation doing business as Riverview Retirement Community ("Riverview" or "Community"), and ("you" or "Resident"). (If more than one person signs this Agreement, the term "you" or "Resident" shall apply to each of you individually, and to both of you together, and the rights and obligations of each of you are joint and several, except when the context of this Agreement requires otherwise.)
