SAP S/4 HANA cloud editions Supplemental Terms and Conditions SAP and Customer have entered into an agreement for a subscription to certain SAP products and services (“Agreement”) pursuant to which Customer is subscribing to one or more of SAP S/4 HANA, cloud enterprise editions, SAP S/4 HANA, cloud marketing edition, and SAP S/4 HANA, cloud project services edition (each, the “Cloud Service”). These Supplemental Terms and Conditions (the “Supplement”) and any modifications to the Agreement made herein apply solely to the Cloud Service and not to any other SAP product or service. 1. Cloud Service1.1. The Cloud Service is comprised of separate editions, SAP S/4 HANA, cloud enterprise edition, SAP S/4 HANA, cloud marketing edition and SAP S/4 HANA, cloud project services edition, each of which must be purchased separately.
