This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective this day of 2013 (“Effective Date”) by and between THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, a California corporation, acting through its Santa Barbara campus having an Office of Technology & Industry
