This Second Amendment to Tier 1 Long Term Municipal Solid Waste Management Services Agreement (this "Second Amendment"), is made and dated as of the first day of , 2022 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) by and between the MATERIALS INNOVATION AND RECYCLING AUTHORITY (fka Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority), a body politic and corporate, constituting a public instrumentality and political subdivision of the State of Connecticut, and having a principal place of business at 200 Corporate Place, Suite 202, Rocky Hill, Connecticut 06067 ("MIRA") and the [Name of Municipality] in the State, a municipality and political subdivision of the State (the "Municipality"). MIRA and the Municipality are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
