IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any way in the following activities at either Full Throttle Indoor Karting, LLC dba Full Throttle Adrenaline Park-Cincinnati, or Full Throttle Indoor Karting Florence, LLC dba Full Throttle Adrenaline Park-Florence, or Full Throttle Adrenaline Park – Novi, LLC dba Full Throttle Adrenaline Park-Novi, or AJE, LLC dba Kart 2 Kart, LLC dba Full Throttle Adrenaline Park-Sterling Heights,or Bluegrass Indoor Karting, LLC dba Full Throttle Adrenaline Park-Louisville, or OverDrive Games, LLC dba OVRDRIVE or Full Throttle Adrenaline Park - Pittsburgh, LLC or Full Throttle Adrenaline Parks, LLC (the “Parks”):go kart racing, axe throwing, Rage Room/Smash Room, virtual reality, paintball, Gelly Ball , racing simulators, Adrenaline Camp and other activities provided at the Parks (the “Activities”), entering and/or standing in any Activity area or any area near an Activity Area (the “Restricted Areas”), I agree:
