THIS MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“MDA”) is made and entered into effective as of the day of , 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SALT LAKE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, by and through its County Council (“the County”), GREATER SALT LAKE MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (the “MSD”), THE LAST HOLDOUT, L.L.C., a Utah limited liability company (“Owner”), and OLYMPIA LAND, LLC (“Master Developer”), a Utah limited liability company, together hereafter known as “the Parties”.
