This agreement is binding for all deliveries to BOSCH. For deliveries to subsidiaries of the Robert Bosch GmbH located in NAFTA region, the terms of this agreement shall apply only if an Addendum was exe- cuted for that. This agreement replaces all general Quality Assurance Agreements previously agreed between BOSCH and SUPPLIER and in the event of contradiction takes precedence over any individual quality assurance agreements.
