AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 2nd day of August, 2018 by and between Unknown Investments, Inc. d/b/a “Record Label” (“we”, “us”, or “Company”), having an address of 5555 Crater Avenue, The Moon, on the one hand, and Band Members, individually and collectively p/k/a “Band Name” (individually and collectively “you” or “your”), having an address of c/o J. Arthur Sheil & Associates, llc, 4030 Mt. Carmel- Tobasco Rd., #219, Cincinnati, Ohio 45255, Attn.: John A. Sheil, Esq., on the other hand. Certain relevant definitions, interpretation provisions, and other terms, provisions, and conditions are contained in the Schedules 1 and 2, entitled “Other Defined Terms” and “Standard Terms and Provisions,” respectively, attached hereto and deemed incorporated herein in their entirety by this reference as part of this Agreement. (You are sometimes referred to herein as “Artist”; any references to “you or Artist” or “you and Artist,” and the like, shall refer to you alone.)
