This Tenth Renewal (“Renewal”) of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Public Health Services (“Agreement”) is by and between the City of Austin, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Texas (“City”), and Travis County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“County”). The City and County will herein be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
