The following terms and conditions (these “Terms of Purchase”) shall apply when Hollymatic Corporation (“Hollymatic”), is purchasing goods (“Goods”) and/or services (“Services”) from a Seller (“Seller”) pursuant to a Purchase Order (“Order”) issued by Hollymatic to the Seller. In consideration of Hollymatic agreeing to buy Goods and/or Services from Seller, Seller agrees as follows:
