In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement and Deed of Assignment (First Party Assignment) both dated 20th January 2004, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor/Borrower and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Lim Khoon Heng (“the Developer”) dated 27th October 2003, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
