GOVERNMENT CENTER (“Agreement”) is entered into as of April 20, 2010 (“Execution Date”), by and between the CITY OF HESPERIA (“CITY”), a municipal corporation formed and existing under the laws of the State of California, and the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO (“COUNTY”), a political subdivision of the State of California. Hereinafter, CITY and COUNTY are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
