The Contract. The Contract for Construction (referred to herein as the “Contract”) is the sum of all Contract Documents. It represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. The Contract may be amended or modified only by a Modification, as defined below. Any capitalized terms used in the Contract for Construction General Conditions, but not defined herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to those terms in the Agreement.
