The database (the “Database”) managed, owned or created by DAXKO, LLC (“DAXKO”)(or its licensors) contains certain data relating to Customer or Customer’s members (“Data”). Customer’s use of the Data and Database is governed by the Service Agreement entered into between DAXKO and Customer, together with these terms of service (the “Terms of Service”), which together constitute a binding legal agreement between Customer and DAXKO (collectively, the “Agreement”).
