The Howard County Government has created Subdivision Number SDP-15-063 for the Paddock Point Subdivision in the Laurel area of Howard County. This subdivision, at completion, will provide 1,000 housing units. This agreement, has been reviewed by HCPSS Operations staff and is serviced by a private road network. The County required the developer to execute this agreement to ensure access of school busses. The Student Transportation Office has established that the pick- up and drop - off of students will be located at the entrance road circle before entering the housing unit area. County Government and the Developer have agreed to HCPSS staff s review comments to the plans and agreement including timely snow and ice abatement, a concrete loading area at the circle for students to stand, an adequate entrance road size to accommodate full-size busses, and indemnification
