This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the Effective Date, as defined below, by and between BRAZORIA COUNTY, TEXAS, acting through its Commissioners Court (the “County”), and the CITY OF ANGLETON, TEXAS, acting through its City Council (the “City”).
