This AMENDMENT TO REDEVELOPMENT CONTRACT (“Amendment”) is entered into effective as of the 25th day of January, 2022, by LAND CLEARANCE FOR REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI (“Authority”), a public body corporate and politic organized under the laws of Missouri and the ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, and 1826 FOREST RE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Redeveloper”).
