This Amendment Number One (“Amendment”) to Agreement Number MA-299-21011501, Mitigation Agreement for the Short and Long-Term Management of the Trabuco Creek Mitigation Site for OC Waste & Recycling ("Agreement"), is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, by its OC Waste & Recycling department (“County”) and the Irvine Ranch Conservancy (“Contractor” or “IRC”), with a principal office located at 4727 Portola Pkwy, Irvine, CA 92620. County and Contractor are collectively referred to as “Parties.”
