This agreement is made and entered into as of this day of , 2016 by and between the Glen Ellyn Park District, DuPage, Illinois ("the District"), and David Harris, DuPage County, Illinois ("HARRIS") and effective January 1, 2016. The District and HARRIS are hereinafter sometimes jointly referred to as the "parties." In consideration of the mutual promises hereinafter contained and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
