This SOLAR FACILITIES LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November [ ], 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Scottsbluff, Nebraska (“Landlord”) and Sol Systems, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Tenant”).
