This Agreement is entered into as of the date set forth on the agreement or order by which you purchase Software as a Service (“SaaS”) for Emphasys Software from an authorized reseller (the “Effective Date”), by and between Emphasys Computer Solutions, Inc. having its principal place of business in Pembroke Pines, FL (hereinafter Emphasys); and the entity identified in an agreement with authorized reseller that includes Emphasys SaaS and Services (hereinafter Licensee).
