This agreement and notice apply to each ACH origination transaction (sometimes referred to as an ‘EFT’, ‘Electronic Payment’ or ‘Funds Transfer’,) as defined in Regulation E of the Board of Governor’s of the Federal Reserve System and as covered by NACHA’s Operating Rules & Guidelines. You have previously received a copy of the Credit Union’s disclosures under Redulation E, and those disclosures are incorporated herein.
