Weyerhaeuser Company, hereinafter called “Weyerhaeuser” with a notice address of 707 Hwy 167 N, Dodson, LA 71422, for and in consideration of the Annual Lease Fee, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, hereby grants to the Old Holly Swamp identified below (hereinafter “Lessee”) the exculsive right and privilege to hunt and fish for all legal types and species of game fish, game birds, and game animals within the boundaries of the land delineated on the attached Exhibit A (hereinafter the “Leased Property”). This hunting lease agreement (hereinafter the “Lease”) is entered into this 01 day of July, 2016.
