This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between North Carolina State University, located in Raleigh, North Carolina (hereinafter referenced as “UNIVERSITY”) and (hereinafter, referenced as “MEMBER”).
