By accepting and executing the Letter of Offer issued by us, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions governing the UOB Commercial Card facility (“Terms and Conditions”) referred to in the Letter of Offer and the UOB VISA/MASTERCARD Cardmember Agreement provided to the Cardmember with the Card.
