This Cooperative Agreement ("Agreement"), dated as of , is entered into by and between, the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, a body politic, ("DISTRICT"), the city of Eastvale, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("CITY"), and DPIF 3 CA 27 ARCHIBALD AVE., LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company ("DEVELOPER").
