THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on , (“Execution Date”) by and between the County of Kern, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), as represented by the Department of Human Services (“Department”), and Kern Community College District, on behalf of Bakersfield College, (collectively “College”), whose principal place of business is at 2100 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93301. County/Department and Contractor are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
