This Tax Abatement Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is executed by and between the FORT BEND COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “District,” acting by and through its Commissioners Court, and STAR GESSNER PROPERTIES, LTD, a Texas limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as “Owner,” of the Real Property located within the City of Missouri City Reinvestment Zone No. 7, established by City of Missouri City Ordinance No. O-10-43, adopted November 1, 2010, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein for all purposes.
