This Memorandum of Understanding is made and entered into between the representatives of the City of Pico Rivera, hereinafter referred to as "City" and Service Employees International Union, Local 721, hereinafter referred to as "Union", pursuant to the California Government Code Section 3500, et. Seq. This Memorandum of Understanding supersedes all prior Memorandum of Understanding(s) for the Hourly Bargaining Unit. This MOU will be effective February 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017.
