All Equipment hired to the Customer by L & C PLANT HIRE will be hired on the following General Terms and Conditions, which form part of the Quotation and the Hire Agreement.

‘Accessories’ means furniture, equipment and loose items not permanently attached to the Equipment, which are provided by L & C PLANT HIRE with the Equipment (if any);
