BY THIS AGREEMENT, City of Hallandale Beach (“Client” or “Hallandale”), hereby retains Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah, LLP (“Plaintiff’s Counsel”) to represent Client regarding any and all claims that the Client may have, or similarly situated individuals may have, against Sigma Corp., McWane Inc. and Star Pipe Products, Ltd. and any related entities (“Defendants”), in connection with the illegal agreement to fix the prices of ductile iron pipe fittings.
