 A Reservation Deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Rental Fee is due payable upon the execution of this agreement. The amount will confirm and hold the Premises for the Event. The tenant agrees that this amount will be considered a liquidated damage for the Landlord and is non-refundable in the event Tenant cancels for any reason.
