The purpose of this contract is to provide preventative maintenance, system upgrades and repair services necessary to maintain the Department’s scales and lightning protection systems. The work for maintenance, upgrades and repairs shall be performed by certified technicians in order to ensure the weigh station scales (both Weigh-In-Motion WIM and Static Scales Systems) are working within manufacturer’s standards and Handbook 44.
