It is hereby agreed by and between the Board of Education of the Webberville Community Schools (hereinafter "Board") and Brian R. Friddle, (hereinafter "Superintendent") that pursuant to Section 132 of the School Code of the State of Michigan, MCL 380.132, the Board in accordance with its action found in the minutes of its meeting, June 15, 2020, employs Brian R.
