GENERAL: This is an agreement for Consignee to sell Consignor’s personal property for a period of 6 months from the execution of this agreement. Consignor will provide the retail price for items. Consignor agrees to maintain and rotate items as requested by Consignee. Consignor understands all items should be seasonably appropriate. For maximum sales opportunity, Consignor agrees that Consignee may sell items at any of its Souvenir Shop locations, off-site vendor markets, and online. All items must be approved by Consignee before display. No items may be removed from the premises, either temporarily or permanently prior to the expiration of this agreement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Consignee agrees to provide Consignor with current inventory sheets for all changes and sales. Consignee agrees to make every reasonable effort to sell Consignor’s items.
