Bill Payment Service Agreement (Addendum to Online Banking Services Agreement) This Bill Payment Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the online Bill Payment Service (the “Service”) that ZB, N. A. dba NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA (“we” or “us”) makes available to its customers (“you”) who have already enrolled in either our personal (consumer) online banking service or our business online banking service. To use the Service’s features, you must also enroll in the Service itself by accepting this Agreement. This Agreement is an Addendum to your online banking services agreement. In regard to the Service, this Agreement governs over any conflicting terms in your online banking services agreement. I. Consent to Electronic Disclosures For certain consumer transactions, we are required to disclose certain information in writing.
