This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Shanghai J.P.Ling International Limited Ltd. (“JPL”), a corporation organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, its successors and assigns, and the undersigned individual or legal entity, including a corporation, limited liability company, trust or partnership (as applicable, “Customer”) that wants to open a Customer Account (“Account”) with JPL.
