Welcome to NissanConnect Services powered by SiriusXM (referred to hereafter as the “NissanConnect Services” or the “Services”). This Subscriber Agreement, which includes the NissanConnect Services Privacy Policy available at services.canada.nissanconnect.com/subscriber/privacy_policy_caen (collectively, these “Terms” or this “Agreement”), applies to your use of the telematics services provided to you by Nissan Canada Inc. (“Nissan”) and SXM CVS Canada Inc. (“SXM CVS”) when you accept activation of Demonstration Mode (as defined below) or enter into a trial or paid subscription for the Services (each a “Service Plan”).
