This Cred.ai Services Amendment to the Deposit Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB (the “Bank”); the individual who has electronically signed this Agreement (“you” and “your”); and Robo Cred One LLC d/b/a Cred.ai (“Cred.ai” and, together with the Bank, “we,” us” and “our”), as agent for the Bank and as a provider of certain technology services to you (the “Services”). You and we are parties to the Cred.ai Deposit Account Agreement (with all related legal disclosures, the “Deposit Account Agreement”), governing your Cred.ai Deposit Account from the Bank (the “Deposit Account’). You and the Bank may also be parties to a Cardholder Agreement with the Bank (the “Cardholder Agreement”), governing your VISA® Unicorn Credit Card from the Bank (the “Enabled Card”).
